Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced L1 IT Support Engineer to provide end-user and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, Teams, VPN and business applications.
Provide desktop, laptop, printer and scanner support.
Resolve basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and connectivity issues.
Handle password resets, email configuration and user account support.
Install and configure operating systems, software, antivirus and security patches.
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change)



activities.
Maintain IT asset records and incident logs using Excel or service management tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.

Required Skills:
2–4 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting and networking basics.
Robust communication skills in English.
Ability to join immediately.
Candidates residing near Santacruz / Kalina will be preferred.
