Designation: Guest Relations Executive

Location : VG Hospital, Coimbatore (Mettupalayam road, Thudiyalur)

Education: Any UG Degree

Experience: Fresher or Experienced

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments.
Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments with doctors and specialists.
Provide patients with information about doctor availability, hospital services, and appointment procedures.
Answer patient inquiries professionally and direct calls to the appropriate department when required.
Maintain accurate patient appointment records in the hospital management system.
Send appointment reminders and follow up with patients as needed.
Coordinate with doctors, reception,



and other hospital departments to ensure smooth scheduling.
Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, skilled and high-class guest service experiences.
Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAS etc).
Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
