· Purchase Requisition (PR): Receive and review approved material requirements.

· Sourcing & RFQ: Identify suppliers and obtain quotations.

· Quotation Comparison: Compare price, specifications, taxes, freight, payment terms and delivery.

· Negotiation & Approval: Finalize commercial terms and obtain authorized approval.

· Purchase Order: Prepare and issue the approved PO to the selected vendor.

· Order Tracking: Follow up until dispatch and delivery; update the pending PO tracker.· Material Receipt & Inspection: Coordinate with Stores for receipt and Quality for inspection, where applicable.

· Invoice & Payment Coordination: Match invoice details with PO and received materials; forward verified documents to Accounts.

· Record Closure: Update procurement records, delivery status and purchase MIS.

· Vendor Review:



Track supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery and service.· Purchase and procurement management; CNC and engineering material purchasing.

· Vendor development, negotiation, rate finalization and supplier relationship management.

· Purchase Requisition (PR), RFQ, Comparative Statement (CS) and Purchase Order (PO) processing.

· Material planning, inventory coordination, invoice checking and payment follow-up.

· Cost control, cost-saving initiatives, purchase MIS and pending order tracking.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software; valuable communication and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
