About the Role
Kveto Business Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with financial reporting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment receipts.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain vouchers, ledgers, and expense records.
Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
Manage petty cash and track company expenses.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist senior accountants during audits and tax-related activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of bank reconciliation, ledger management, and invoicing.
Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
Basic understanding of income tax and statutory compliance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
