Responsibilities:
Managing the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and finding suitable talent.
Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.




Mediating disputes and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
Setting up performance appraisal systems and facilitating feedback sessions between employees and supervisors.
Maintaining records and preparing documents related to employment.
