Role & responsibilities
Site Supervision: Direct daily work for laborers and subcontractors.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, structural plans, and technical specs.
Quality Control: Inspect materials and completed work to catch and fix errors early.
Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety rules (like wearing PPE) and stop unsafe work immediately.
Resource Tracking: Manage the delivery and use of tools, machinery, and raw materials.
Problem Solving: Resolve in office delays, design conflicts, and worker disputes

Preferred candidate profile :
Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years working in construction or in a supervisory role.

Job Location : Burnpur Steel Plant, Asansol, West Bengal

Salary : Will depend on the experience of the candidate
