Territory Expansion & Account Management
Appoint and develop current dealers/distributors in current territories.
Manage and grow key accounts and customer relationships.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Expand business presence in assigned regions.

Sales Operations & Reporting
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Analyze hospital-wise, brand-wise, and distributor sales data.
Ensure achievement of territory and organizational goals.

Customer Service
Ensure effective pre-sales and post-sales support.




Coordinate timely product supply and order fulfillment.
Maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement and corporate stakeholders.

Team Management
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching.
Ensure clear roles, accountability, and team effectiveness.

Market Development
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
Identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
Provide inputs for product and business growth strategies.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
