Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients after project confirmation and manage the onboarding process.
Gather client requirements and prepare workflow documentation.
Coordinate with developers and automation teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Track project progress, deadlines, pending tasks, and technical issues.
Communicate project updates and follow up with clients for approvals and feedback.
Coordinate testing, client demonstrations, and final project handover.
Manage client support requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain project documentation and update CRM or project management tools.
Submit daily status reports and End-of-Day (EOD) reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion within the agreed timeline.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
