Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat)

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading BPO processes. Candidates will handle customer queries via calls and/or chat, ensure resolution, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat support
Resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain service quality and communication standards
Follow company guidelines and processes

Eligibility Criteria:
HSC Freshers candidates can apply
Positive to excellent communication skills (Versant 3–5 depending on role)

Shift Details:
Day shifts / Rotational shifts available
Fixed Sunday off / Rotational week off (depending on role)
