ADI Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions and develop recent institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert student admission leads.
Develop relationships with schools, colleges, consultants and other institutions.
Conduct promotional activities, presentations and institutional visits.
Follow up with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Achieve monthly and annual admission/business targets.
Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, admissions or education preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented, proactive and willing to travel.

Salary: Market-market-competitive salary + performance incentives.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
