We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tourist Visa Filing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in tourist visa filing and processing and a strong understanding of visa documentation, application procedures, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities
Handle tourist visa applications for various international destinations.
Guide clients regarding tourist visa requirements, eligibility, and supporting documentation.
Prepare and complete visa application forms accurately.
Review and verify passports, bank statements, financial documents, travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and other supporting paperwork.
Ensure applications meet the relevant embassy, consulate, and visa application centre requirements.
Schedule visa appointments and coordinate biometric appointments where applicable.
Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
Follow up with clients to collect missing documents and resolve documentation issues.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.




Stay updated on changes in tourist visa requirements and documentation procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in tourist visa filing and processing is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of tourist visa documentation and application procedures for international destinations.
Excellent document-verification and application-preparation skills.
Valuable communication and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications and online visa filing portals.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications independently.

Important: This position is exclusively for tourist visa processing. Experience in tourist visa filing is essential; student visa and work visa processing are not part of this role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
