Key Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily cleaning duties.
Monitor the cleanliness of work areas, offices, washrooms, lounges, canteens, and other designated areas.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists.
Monitor attendance, grooming, uniforms, and staff discipline.
Ensure cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used and stored safely.
Maintain housekeeping records, stock registers, and cleaning schedules.
Coordinate with the Operations and HR teams to address housekeeping-related concerns.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, and workplace safety.
Handle complaints promptly and ensure corrective action is taken.
Ensure adequate manpower coverage across shifts.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:



Minimum 10th or 12th pass; a hospitality qualification is preferred.
Experience: 2–4 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, airports, or facility management.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
