Job Description: TPI Engineer (OFC Laying Inspection)

Location: Panipat–Rewari Pipeline Route, Haryana

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Responsibilities
Inspect and supervise OFC laying work, including trenching, HDPE duct installation, OFC blowing, splicing, and testing.
Monitor HDD and pipeline crossing activities, backfilling, route markers, and site restoration.
Ensure compliance with IOCL specifications, technical drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Inspect OFC splicing and OTDR testing, maintain measurement records, and verify work quality.
Monitor contractor manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work progress.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC).

Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Diploma Engineer:



Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in OFC laying, mainline pipe laying, or mainline coating and wrapping inspection is mandatory.

Required Skills & Equipment
Knowledge of OFC splicing, OTDR trace interpretation, pipeline ROW safety, and technical drawings.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.
Must own a working laptop and smartphone with internet connectivity.
Must be willing to work at remote sites, relocate within Haryana, and work on Sundays/holidays when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
