Mobilisation Coordinator*
Location: Dhenkanal, Odisha

Roles & Responsibilities*
Mobilise eligible candidates from Dhenkanal district for skill development and vocational training programmes.
Conduct village-level outreach, awareness campaigns, community meetings and candidate counselling.
Coordinate with local communities, Gram Panchayats, SHGs, Mission Shakti groups, colleges, ITIs and other institutions to identify potential candidates.
Build relationships with local leaders, community organisations and other stakeholders to generate candidate leads.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, training schedules, placement opportunities and programme advantages to candidates.
Identify, screen and register eligible candidates as per programme requirements.
Collect and verify candidate documents,



maintain enrolment records and prepare daily mobilisation reports.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure timely reporting and participation in training.
Achieve assigned mobilization and enrolment targets within the stipulated timelines.
Travel across Dhenkanal, Nayagarh, Angul, and nearby districts as required for field mobilization activities.

Qualification: Engineering graduate or MBA/ MSW in a relevant discipline.

Experience: 2–5 years in candidate mobilisation, field sales, community outreach,

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
