Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and dedicated Loading Supervisor to coordinate daily loading and dispatch operations. The candidate will supervise loading activities, coordinate with loading staff and drivers, and ensure goods are loaded safely, accurately, and on time.

Freshers are welcome to apply. No previous work experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily loading and unloading activities.
Assign tasks and guide loading staff.
Verify goods and quantities before loading.
Ensure goods are handled safely to prevent damage.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and dispatch teams.
Monitor loading schedules and ensure timely vehicle dispatch.
Maintain loading records and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
Ensure the loading area remains clean, organized,



and protected.
Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Report daily activities and operational issues to management.

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass or Plus Two (12th Pass).
Age between 20 and 40 years.
Valid driving licence is mandatory.
No previous work experience required; freshers can apply.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to coordinate with team members and follow instructions.
Must be willing to work rotational day and night shifts.

Shift Details
Day Shift: One week.
Night Shift: One week.
Weekly rotation between day and night shifts.
Candidates must be comfortable working both shifts.
