Events Executive
Minimum five years of experience in events — décor
wedding planning, production or event management.
Excellent note taking and attention to detail.
A solid sense of space, scale and dimensions.
Fluent Hindi and English, both spoken and written. Tamil is a significant advantage.
Confident with PowerPoint and able to build a clean client presentation.
Comfortable photographing venues usefully, not just casually.
Physically fit and able to sustain long days on site.
Presentable and credible in front of high-value clients.
Preferred Experience with luxury or high-budget weddings.
Existing relationships with Chennai venues and vendors.
Experience preparing estimates or costing
