Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branding and Sales Executive to promote the company's brand, generate current business opportunities, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranding and Marketing
Develop and implement branding and promotional strategies.
Increase brand awareness through online and offline marketing activities.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Manage social media promotions and marketing materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Sales and Business Development
Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
Contact potential customers and explain the company's products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals,



and sales presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and CRM records.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Knowledge of branding, marketing, and sales techniques.
Customer relationship management skills.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree
experienced candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.

Compensation

Salary: As per company standards and experience, with performance-based incentives where applicable.

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Marketing Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
