Position: Head – Fund Raising
Location: Pune (Head Office)
Reporting To: Chairman

CTC: Upto 20 LPA
Travel: Pan-India, as required

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the overall fundraising strategy for the organization.
Lead fundraising teams across CSR, Individual Giving, and Institutional Funding verticals.
Build and strengthen relationships with CSR leaders, HNIs, philanthropists, trusts, foundations, and donor networks.
Secure funding through CSR grants, individual donations, crowdfunding, and strategic partnerships.
Drive donor acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
Develop annual fundraising plans, budgets, targets, and performance metrics.
Ensure effective proposal development, donor reporting, compliance, and impact communication.
Represent the organization at donor meetings, conferences,



and networking forums.

Desired Profile:
15+ years of experience in Fund Raising, CSR Partnerships, Resource Mobilization, Business Development, or Donor Relations.
Proven track record of raising funds from corporates, foundations, and individual donors.
Solid networking, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Passion for social impact, education, and nation-building.
