Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project progress, and maintain compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
Assist with quantity estimation, material requirements, and measurements.
Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and other site personnel.




Identify site issues and report them to the project manager for timely resolution.

Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
0–2 years of experience in civil construction.
Freshers with valuable technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings is preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at construction sites in and around Calicut, Kerala.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of construction methods and building materials.
Basic understanding of quantity surveying and estimation.
Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with workers.
Knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.
