Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented ERP / Software Operator to manage the company's day-to-day business entries in its existing software system and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Enter daily business transactions into the company's existing software.
Maintain records of production, raw materials, finished goods, and inventory.
Make entries related to material inward and outward, stock movement, and dispatch.
Enter purchase and sales data as per assigned responsibilities.
Update daily operational records in the software accurately and on time.
Generate daily reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with the Production, Store, Purchase, Dispatch, and Accounts departments to collect the required data.
Verify entries and correct errors after proper confirmation.




Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Report any software-related issues to the concerned person.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of computers and data entry.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to operate business or manufacturing software.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Understanding of stock, inventory, and daily business transactions.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to learn and operate the company's existing software.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in ERP / software operations will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing companies will be given preference.
Must be capable of handling daily entries independently after training.
Should be sincere, organized, and detail-oriented.
Reporting To

HR / Accounts Manager / Operations Manager / Plant Head

Salary: As per experience and company norms.

Working Days & Timings: As per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
