Job Description:

Role Overview:
Manage daily e-commerce operations, including purchase orders, logistics, delivery follow-ups, GRN closure and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely fulfilment.
Coordinate stock availability, packing and dispatch with production and warehouse teams.
Arrange logistics, delivery appointments and required dispatch documents.
Track deliveries, collect Proof of Delivery (POD) and follow up on pending GRNs.
Resolve shortages, damages, rejections and order discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate stock checks and monitor replenishment needs.
Maintain daily trackers for POs, dispatches, inventory and pending issues.
Coordinate with platform teams,



logistics partners and accounts for timely closure.

Requirements:
Graduate with preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with e-commerce seller/vendor portals.
Positive knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong follow-up, coordination and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
