Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and well-mannered Office Girl / Office Assistant to support daily office activities, maintain cleanliness, serve refreshments to visitors and staff, and assist with basic office work.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including cabins, desks, and meeting areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to visitors and staff as required.
Keep the reception area and office premises neat and organized.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Help with basic office errands and administrative activities.
Arrange files, stationery,



and other office supplies.
Support front office staff in welcoming and assisting visitors when required.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before meetings.
Maintain proper hygiene in the pantry and common areas.
Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
Polite, honest, punctual, and responsible.
Positive personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and complete tasks on time.
Previous office assistant or housekeeping experience will be an advantage.
