Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Team Leader to lead our sourcing operations in South Mumbai. The candidate should have strong experience in real estate channel partner management, broker networking and team handling.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sourcing team to achieve business targets.
Identify, onboard and activate current Channel Partners (CPs).
Develop and maintain solid relationships with property brokers and channel partners.
Generate business through existing and new broker networks.
Drive daily sourcing activities, site visits, and booking targets.
Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
Conduct market visits and identify current business prospects.
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Closing and Sales teams for smooth conversions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.





Candidate Requirements
8–15 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Partner Sales.
Minimum 3–7 years of team-handling experience.
Strong network of brokers and channel partners in South Mumbai (SOBO).
Good knowledge of the Mumbai residential And Commercial real estate market.
Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of business generation.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
