Job Responsibilities – Field Sales & Marketing Executive

The Field Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting SLYNC software products and services through field visits, customer meetings, and business development activities.
Visit schools, coaching institutes, stationery shops, computer shops, and other businesses to promote SLYNC products and services.
Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and local marketing activities.
Promote SLYNC School OS, Business ERP, CRM, Accounting Software, HR & Payroll, LMS, and website and mobile application development services.
Meet school principals, directors, shop owners, and business managers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and business value to potential customers.
Arrange software demonstrations and coordinate with the technical team for customer presentations.
Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email,



and personal visits to convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer databases, daily visit reports, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
Research competitors, identify market opportunities, and share customer feedback with the management team.
Achieve assigned targets for field visits, qualified leads, product demonstrations, and monthly sales.
Build robust customer relationships and support existing clients with renewals, upgrades, and additional services.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills: Valuable communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and basic computer skills. Candidates must be willing to travel for field visits. A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

Work Type: Full-time, field-based.
Target Market: Schools, coaching institutes, shops, startups, and small and medium-sized businesses.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
