JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Telecaller to handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolutions and a positive customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Handle customer calls, queries, complaints, and feedback.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Escalate unresolved issues to management.
Ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Positive verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.

Location: Surat, India

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
