Conduct time studies, method studies, and work measurement to improve operational efficiency.
Perform production line balancing and optimize workflow to minimize bottlenecks and idle time.
Prepare and implement manpower planning and production capacity plans based on business requirements.
Optimize plant layout, material flow, and utilization of machines, manpower, and other resources.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives.
Analyze production data, identify productivity gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support recent product and project implementation, production line setup, and process improvement activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance,



and other cross-functional departments to achieve production targets.
Identify prospects for waste reduction, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement.
Support CAPEX planning and implementation for manufacturing process improvements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, manpower utilization, and cycle time.
Prepare and maintain industrial engineering reports, work standards, and process documentation.
