Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telemarketer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer handling.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and students
Explain company services and training programs professionally
Generate leads and maintain customer database
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Handle customer queries and provide proper information
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Maintain records of calls and sales updates
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team

Required Skills




Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confident speaking and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, Email)
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Ability to handle pressure and targets

Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Experience
0–3 Years preferred in telecalling, sales, or customer support

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience)
