Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, customer service, and retail operations.

Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in retail sales, BPO, banking, or insurance will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product and service-related queries.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Explain product features, advantages, offers, and pricing to customers.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally.




Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.

Required Skills
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
Interest in sales, retail, and customer relationship management.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

Graduates and recent pass-outs are welcome.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in retail, sales, BPO, banking, or insurance will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Delhi NCR
Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets is essential.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
