Job Title: Customer Support Executive – EV Technical Support

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with electric vehicle-related queries, technical issues, charging, batteries, and service support. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills in English and be proficient in at least one of the regional languages, Kannada or Telugu.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to EV products and services.
Understand customer concerns and provide basic technical assistance.
Help customers with queries related to EV batteries, charging, connectivity, and vehicle services.
Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers towards suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and call details in the CRM system.




Escalate unresolved technical issues to the concerned team.
Ensure qualified communication and a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support, voice process, or technical support.
Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred.
Good verbal communication skills in English.
Fluency in at least one language — Kannada or Telugu — is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of automobiles, electric vehicles, or technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
