Core Responsibilities
BOQ & Measurement: Study the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), review architectural/structural drawings, and take physical site measurements.
RA & Client Bills: Prepare, check, and certify Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and client invoices.
Subcontractor Billing: Verify back-to-back contractor and vendor measurements, work orders, and item-rate invoices.
Material Reconciliation: Maintain monthly reconciliation statements for key construction materials (steel, cement, etc.).
Rate Analysis & Variations: Handle rate analysis for extra items, variation orders, and claim documentations.
Audit & Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and the finance department to explicit payment disputes
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
