upervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems (rooftop or utility-scale).
Ensure work is carried out as per electrical drawings, layout plans, and design specifications.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
Inspect equipment (inverters, modules, cables, mounting structures) for quality and performance.
Ensure all site work complies with safety and regulatory standards (CEA, MNRE, DISCOM).
Handle documentation including daily progress reports (DPR), quality checklists, and material records.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions for technical issues in office.
Interface with the project manager and design team to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage in office manpower and resource planning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
