Job Title: Telecaller Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for confident and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team for the Indian Forum Awards project.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients.
Explain award programs, nomination details, eligibility, and registration process.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu.
Candidates who can communicate in multiple languages will be preferred.
Previous telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead follow-up experience is preferred.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
