URGENT HIRING: SUPERVISOR – IQC / PQC / FQC

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹20,000 per month

We are urgently hiring a Supervisor for the IQC/PQC/FQC Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, measuring instruments, and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming components and purchased parts as per inspection standards and engineering drawings.
Verify dimensions, appearance, material specifications, and functional requirements using measuring instruments.
Conduct sampling inspections as per applicable standards and customer-specific requirements.
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and the purchasing department.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring supplier quality issues.
Maintain inspection records and ensure proper traceability.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.





Required Skills & Knowledge
Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator, and Go/No-Go Gauges.
Good understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.
Knowledge of IQC, PQC, and FQC inspection processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good communication skills in English.
Solid observation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
