CNC Operator;
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Load raw materials, start cycle runs, and manage day-to-day functions of mills, lathes, or VMCs (Vertical Machining Centers).
Setup & Adjustments: Select and load cutting tools, adjust feed rates, change tool inserts, and execute test runs.
Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify they match blueprints.
Maintenance & Safety: Check lubricant and coolant levels, transparent chips and debris, and follow factory safety protocols.
Collaboration: Report defects or machine malfunctions to supervisors and work with machinists or programmers.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
