Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to build, grow, and manage the digital presence of our hotel & restaurent. You will be responsible for showcasing our rooms, dining experiences, events, and local attractions across major social platforms to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and direct room bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Curation: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photos, videos, Reels, and stories highlighting hotel rooms, restaurants, banquets, and guest experiences.
Calendar & Strategy Management: Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Campaign Execution: Create promotional, seasonal, and festival-specific campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and walk-ins/reservations.
Community Engagement: Respond to guest comments, direct messages, and online reviews in a timely, qualified, and hospitable manner.
Influencer & PR Collaboration: Coordinate on-property visits with travel bloggers, food influencers, and media partners to expand brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting:



Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, website clicks, and follower growth, and generate regular performance reports.
Paid Advertising Support: Assist with paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads) and basic SEO/performance marketing initiatives when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 6 month to 1+ years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing (hospitality/hotel industry experience is a robust plus).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or Hotel Management preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong visual aesthetic, storytelling ability, communication skills, and a customer-first attitude

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in content creation and mobile video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trending audio, Reels/Shorts formats, and platform analytics.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and basic ad manager campaigns.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
