Probation
Track due dates, obtain HOD feedback, organise reviews and communicate approved decisions.
Attendance and payroll
Verify attendance, leave and approved overtime, resolve differences, and submit inputs before payroll cutoff.
Performance reviews
Maintain approved R&R; and WIG/KPI records, schedule reviews and track improvement actions and escalations.
Training and skills
Maintain skills matrix with HODs, consolidate needs, coordinate training and track evidence of effectiveness.
Employee relations
Conduct check-ins, record concerns confidentially,



coordinate resolution and support documented disciplinary processes.
Policies and compliance
Maintain records, communicate approved policies, track applicable activities and coordinate with specialist consultants.
Culture and recognition
Coordinate recognition linked to contributions and values, welfare activities and employee communication.
Retention and exits
Identify retention risks, analyse exits, coordinate exit interviews, handovers, clearances, asset return and settlement inputs.
HR reporting and systems
Maintain reliable data and provide a monthly dashboard with risks, actions and decisions required.
Administration and welfare
Coordinate accommodation, housekeeping, facilities and approved vendors. Track service issues and budget.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
