Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate with candidates to ensure smooth interview processes.
Work closely with department heads, hiring managers, and internal teams to understand hiring needs and close vacancies within defined timelines.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, discuss salary expectations, negotiate offers, and manage joining confirmations.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, interview feedback, candidate databases, hiring status reports, and daily/weekly MIS.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
