Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates for furniture and interior projects.
Study architectural drawings, furniture layouts, and technical specifications.
Calculate material quantities for plywood, MDF, laminates, veneer, hardware, metal, glass, and other materials.
Estimate material, labour, manufacturing, installation, and transportation costs.
Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and tender documents.
Coordinate with design, purchase, production, and project teams for accurate costing.
Obtain and compare vendor quotations for materials and services.
Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Revise estimates based on drawing changes and client requirements.
Maintain estimation records and project costing reports.
Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and interior fit-out processes.
Ability to read architectural drawings, furniture drawings, and BOQs.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of material take-offs, costing, and quantity calculations.
Robust analytical, numerical, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
