Position: Insurance Manager

Berkley Hyundai is looking for a energetic, target-oriented, and experienced Insurance Manager to lead dealership insurance operations, strengthen relationships with insurance partners, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage vehicle insurance sales, renewals, and policy issuance.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policies, endorsements, and claims.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners.
Ensure timely processing of insurance documentation and customer requests.
Drive insurance business growth and achieve assigned targets.
Guide the team to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with insurance procedures and dealership policies.

Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in motor insurance, preferably in the automobile dealership industry.




Solid communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of motor insurance products, renewals, and claims procedures.
Target-driven mindset with excellent customer-handling abilities.
Proficiency in documentation and basic computer operations.
