About the Role:

We are hiring a seasoned, self-reliant Security Guard who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You are the type of qualified who reads a situation before it escalates, takes ownership of your post, and operates with integrity when no one is watching. This is a hands-on, independent role for someone who has been in the field long enough to know what to do—and does it without being told.

What You'll Do:
Independently patrol hotel grounds, corridors, parking areas, and back-of-house zones.
Monitor CCTV and access points, acting on irregularities without waiting for direction.
Respond decisively to guest disturbances, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
Enforce hotel policies on noise, visitors, and access with firmness and tact.
Write clear, accurate incident reports and maintain daily logs.
Make sound judgment calls on shift—escalating only when truly necessary.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.

What We Require:
3+ years of security experience, preferably in hospitality or a similar environment.
Valid security license (e.g., SIA, state guard card)



as required by law.
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Proven ability to work unsupervised and take full ownership of your shift.
Sharp observation skills, solid situational awareness, and a calm head under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication for report writing.
Physically fit—able to stand, walk, and respond quickly for 8+ hours.
A clean, polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
