About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage online advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and improve the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Generate quality leads through paid advertising and digital marketing strategies.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and reduce cost per lead.
Manage social media marketing activities and online promotions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative team for advertisements, posters, and promotional content.




Identify recent digital marketing opportunities to support business growth.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid knowledge of paid advertising and lead generation.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Understanding of SEO and social media marketing.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage campaigns independently and achieve targets.

Eligibility
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Practical experience in running digital advertising campaigns is required.
Personal laptop is compulsory.
Candidates must bring their own laptop for work.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru.
