Job Description :
Identify and source suitable properties or land parcels for residential, commercial, or mixed-use development.
Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and site analysis to assess the potential of recent acquisitions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with brokers, landowners, developers, and local authorities.
Negotiate terms of purchase, lease, or joint development agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track them through various stages of acquisition.
Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Development, and Design during due diligence and transaction closures.
Ensure compliance with zoning, land use regulations, and legal documentation related to property acquisition.
Participate in the creation of investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, land prices, policy changes, and competitor activities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
