Job Purpose

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and energetic Spoken English Teacher who can help Hindi-medium students develop confidence in speaking English through straightforward, practical, and engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct spoken English classes for Hindi-medium students.
Help students overcome hesitation and fear of speaking English.
Teach daily-use English sentences and conversations.
Improve students' pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, and basic grammar.
Conduct activities such as:
Conversation practice
Role plays
Storytelling
Picture description
Question & answer activities
Public speaking
Reading aloud
Classroom conversations
Encourage students to use straightforward English in their daily school interactions.
Create an English-speaking environment in the classroom.
Prepare age-appropriate worksheets and speaking activities.
Assess students' progress regularly.




Provide additional attention to students who need more practice.
Coordinate with class teachers and school management regarding student progress.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to teach English to students who primarily speak Hindi.
Patient and encouraging attitude.
Ability to make students comfortable while speaking English.
Positive classroom management skills.
Graduate in English, Education, or a related field preferred.
Teaching experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience teaching spoken English to Hindi-medium school students will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
