Job Summary

CodeXorr Solutions is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, strengthen brand presence, and improve audience engagement through effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Design posts, carousels, stories, reels, and promotional creatives.
Develop and manage content calendars, scheduling, captions, and hashtags.
Monitor audience engagement and manage social media interactions.
Use Canva, Adobe tools, and video editing software to create engaging content.
Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and overall social media performance.
Analyze insights and optimize content strategies based on performance.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates,



and competitor activities.

Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
Solid content creation, copywriting, and creative planning skills.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools and design software.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.

Candidate Preferences
Local candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, and nearby Tricity areas are preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.
