We are looking for a qualified and responsible Blood Bank Technician to join our healthcare team.

Qualifications:
DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification as per applicable requirements.
Relevant 3yr experience in a blood bank or transfusion medicine laboratory is preferred.
Freshers may also apply, subject to eligibility.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform blood grouping, Rh typing, and compatibility testing (cross-matching).
Handle blood collection, processing, storage, and issue procedures as authorized.
Maintain proper documentation and blood bank records.
Ensure quality control, hygiene, and compliance with applicable safety standards.
Follow infection control protocols and biomedical waste management procedures.
Ensure the protected handling and storage of blood and blood components.

Required Skills:
Positive technical knowledge and attention to detail.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency requirements.
Responsible and patient-safety-oriented approach.
