Job Description: Site Quality Control (QC) Engineer Location: Bengaluru Experience: 6–8 years minimum Industry: Real Estate / Construction Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards, approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality control at real estate or construction project sites, with robust knowledge of construction materials, workmanship, and quality assurance procedures. Key Responsibilities Monitor and inspect day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct quality inspections for civil, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and finishing works. Ensure the quality of materials used at the site through inspections and testing. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain construction quality. Identify quality issues, deviations, and defects, and ensure timely corrective action. Maintain quality control documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and checklists.



Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, project specifications, and construction standards. Conduct inspections at different stages of construction and ensure work is approved before proceeding to the next stage. Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures and continuous improvement practices at the site. Required Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in site quality control within the real estate or construction industry. Practical experience in residential or commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, IS codes, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Experience in preparing inspection reports, quality checklists, and documentation.
