Fermentation Operator
Experience: 2+ years | Shift: 3 rotational shifts
Qualification: B.Sc. Biochemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology or Diploma / Degree in Chemical or related discipline.
Preferred background: Experience in industrial fermentation, preferably molasses-based ethanol or distillery operations.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and monitor fermentation batches, nutrient dosing, yeast propagation and transfer operations.
Check fermentation temperature, pH, Brix / sugar consumption and operating parameters.
Maintain sanitation, CIP routines, hygiene and contamination-prevention practices.
Collect samples and coordinate with QC for fermentation efficiency and yield monitoring.
Maintain batch records, support troubleshooting and coordinate feed to the distillation section.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
