Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in VTL machine setting.
Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code.
Manual offset setting and adjustment.
Tool correction and tool offset setting.
Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of machining operations and component quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate VTL machines as per production requirements.
Perform manual offset adjustments and tool corrections to maintain machining accuracy.




Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.
Monitor machining operations and ensure component quality.
Identify and resolve basic machine and machining issues.
Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Minimize tool wear, rejection, and machine downtime.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
