Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and workforce tracking.
Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Partner with managers and employees to maintain a positive work setting.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and policy implementation.
Monitor employee performance and assist with performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Conduct employee counseling and provide guidance on workplace concerns.
Coordinate with various departments to address people-related matters.
Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records accurately.

Requirements:




Experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in the US Healthcare/RCM industry.
Solid knowledge of attendance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in night shifts and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
