Vimala Regency is expanding its sales team and seeks a Sales Manager to develop room and event business. This is an additional position in the existing sales team.

Responsibilities
Develop corporate accommodation, group, meeting, conference and social-event business.
Prospect suitable accounts, arrange sales meetings and property visits, and follow enquiries through to confirmed bookings.
Prepare proposals within approved rates and commercial authority.
Maintain accurate CRM records, next actions and a transparent sales pipeline.
Coordinate booking requirements and handovers with hotel operating teams.
Support collection follow-up and build repeat business through reliable account management.
Report sales activity, conversion and confirmed revenue against agreed targets.

Candidate profile
Demonstrable hotel sales experience and evidence of personally generated room or event business.
Able to prospect actively, negotiate within authority and follow opportunities through to conversion.
Comfortable maintaining CRM records and coordinating with hotel operations.




Willing to work full-time on-site in Adoni.
